AIB International is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that aims to positively impact the food and beverage supply chain every day. It does this by equipping customers and employees with knowledge and subject matter expertise, supporting the delivery of safe, quality products and promoting supply chain integrity. AIB provides training, inspections and consulting services. It also provides regulatory services to protect food brands by supporting regulatory compliance in food labeling and safety.

The staff of AIB International includes experts in baking production, experimental baking, nutrition, cereal science, food safety and food hygiene. They present educational seminars and share free information to the professional food community.

AIB International partners with Bakerpedia and its mission to drive innovation and sustainability, as well as deepen connections in the global baking industry. It also partners with Near East Services to deliver BRC/FSSC22000 certification audits to clients in Egypt and the Middle East.
